We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to become part of our growing team in Riyadh. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transportation operations, timely deliveries, and efficient fleet management while leading a professional logistics team in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily logistics and transportation activities
• Managing fleet operations and ensuring vehicles are utilized efficiently
• Planning delivery schedules and optimizing transportation routes
• Ensuring shipments and deliveries are completed on time
• Monitoring transportation costs and improving operational efficiency
• Supervising drivers, dispatch coordinators, and logistics staff
• Maintaining fleet records, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations
• Using GPS tracking systems and logistics software to monitor fleet performance
• Handling operational challenges and resolving transportation-related issues quickly
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good understanding of fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations within Saudi Arabia will be an added advantage
