Full-Time Accountant Job in Riyadh | VAT and Finance Specialist Hiring

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of financial compliance—especially when it comes to VAT and reporting standards in Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be handling the company’s core accounting functions—from maintaining records to preparing reports and ensuring everything stays compliant with local regulations. You’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations smooth and accurate.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Around 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Solid experience with VAT filing and tax compliance in Saudi Arabia (this is essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
- Female candidates only (Indian or Pakistani nationals preferred)
- Someone confident and experienced enough to handle accounting responsibilities independently
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
- Managing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing VAT returns and making sure tax filings are done correctly
- Creating monthly and yearly financial reports
- Performing bank reconciliations and checking for discrepancies
- Supporting audits and helping with financial reviews
- Assisting with budgeting and keeping an eye on costs
