Job Description
We are looking for a confident, responsible, and motivated Recovery Officer to become part of our team. If you have experience handling customer payments, following up on outstanding dues, and communicating professionally with clients, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment collections, maintaining proper recovery records, and supporting the finance and sales teams with smooth recovery operations. We are searching for someone who can build positive relationships with customers while handling payment follow-ups in a professional and respectful manner.
This position is best suited for candidates who are organized, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments
- Maintain proper records of collections, outstanding balances, and payment updates
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments to resolve payment-related issues
- Communicate with customers professionally through phone calls, emails, and direct follow-ups
- Ensure collections are completed according to company policies and payment terms
- Prepare recovery reports and provide regular updates to management
- Handle customer concerns related to payments and assist in resolving issues smoothly
- Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets within deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, or customer payment follow-up is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of accounts, invoices, and financial documentation
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Valid driving license required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple follow-ups effectively
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with strong customer-handling abilities
