Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated QA QC Safety Officer to join our telecom project team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have hands-on experience with Huawei QA/QC standards, ISDP system operations, telecom safety procedures, and quality management within telecom infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling site inspections, maintaining quality standards, ensuring workplace safety, and coordinating with teams to deliver projects efficiently and professionally. About the Role
As a QA QC Safety Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining project quality and ensuring all work is carried out according to Huawei standards and safety regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring ongoing site activities, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and supporting teams to maintain high standards across all project stages.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced telecom project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor telecom site activities to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Follow Huawei QA/QC standards and procedures throughout the project
- Use the Huawei ISDP system for documentation, reporting, and quality tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any quality or safety issues
- Ensure all workers follow HSE guidelines and proper safety procedures
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and field teams on daily activities
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly QA/QC and safety reports
- Verify that installation works meet project specifications and standards
- Support corrective actions and ensure work quality is maintained
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture on-site
- Maintain proper records, reports, and inspection documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a QA QC Safety Officer in telecom projects
- Strong knowledge of Huawei QA/QC standards
- Hands-on experience using Huawei ISDP system
- Good understanding of telecom HSE procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to manage teams and monitor site performance effectively
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience in telecom infrastructure, fibber optic, FTTH, or network projects is preferred
- Saudi Arabia or GCC telecom project experience will be an advantage
