We are currently looking for an experienced Site In Charge to join our team for the prestigious Maaden project in Saudi Arabia.
If you have strong experience in industrial projects, shutdown works, mechanical maintenance, construction activities, or refinery and petrochemical projects, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the GCC industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and ongoing project activities
- Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- Supervise mechanical maintenance, construction, and shutdown activities
- Work closely with engineers, QC teams, supervisors, and safety personnel
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow execution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial, refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or mining projects
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Experience handling shutdown or turnaround projects is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates must have valid project-related documents
- Ajeet and Chamber documents are mandatory
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
