Full-Time Long-Term Welding QC Supervisor Jobs for Oil and Gas Projects

We are currently hiring a skilled and dedicated Welding QC Supervisor for a long-term industrial project in Jubail. About the Role
As a Welding QC Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring that all welding and fabrication activities are carried out according to approved quality standards, project specifications, and international codes.
You will work closely with welding teams, QA/QC inspectors, engineers, and client representatives to make sure every stage of the work is completed safely, accurately, and with the highest level of quality.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage inspection activities, coordinate welding quality procedures, and maintain proper documentation throughout the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise welding inspection and quality control activities on-site
- Ensure welding works are completed according to approved WPS and project requirements
- Coordinate NDT activities and inspection schedules
- Review welding reports, inspection documents, and quality records
- Monitor fabrication and piping activities to maintain quality standards
- Identify and resolve welding quality issues when required
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, inspectors, and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with international welding and safety standards
- Support project teams in maintaining smooth workflow and quality performance
Required Qualifications
CWI or CSWIP 3.1 Certification
ASNT Level II Certification
Previous experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects
Good understanding of welding inspection and QA/QC procedures
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Required Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have knowledge and working experience with:
- ASME B31.3
- ASME Section V
- ASME Section IX
- AWS D1.1
- Welding inspection procedures
- NDT coordination
- Piping and fabrication quality control
- Welding documentation and reporting systems
