Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist to join a busy restaurant team in Saudi Arabia (KSA). If you enjoy meeting new people, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk, this role could be a great fit for you.
You’ll be the first face guests see when they walk in, so your role is important in setting the tone for their entire dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming Guests
You’ll greet customers with a smile, help them get seated, and make sure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Managing Reservations
Handling bookings, organizing waiting lists, and making sure tables are managed efficiently—especially during busy hours.
Supporting Service Flow
You may help with taking orders when needed and coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to keep everything running smoothly.
Assisting with Billing
Work closely with the cashier to make sure bills are accurate and customers are served quickly without delays.
Handling Customer Queries
Answer questions, assist with special requests, and handle any concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Keeping Things Organized
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and keep track of reservations, guest logs, and daily records.
Working as a Team
Stay in close communication with the rest of the staff to ensure a seamless and pleasant dining experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is required
- Good communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Comfortable handling guests in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (POS or booking systems is a plus)
- Preferred candidates from India or Pakistan
- Must have a transferable Iqama and be ready to join soon
