We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer . A well-established construction company is on the lookout for a dedicated professional who can confidently handle site operations, lead teams, and deliver projects with precision.
With 7+ years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, you’ll be stepping into a role where your expertise truly matters. If you’ve worked in the UAE before, that’s a big advantage—your understanding of local standards, regulations, and construction practices will help you hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day site activities and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to keep things on track—on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.
You’ll also be reviewing drawings, solving on-site challenges, managing resources, and making sure safety procedures are always followed. Your leadership will play a key role in keeping the team productive and motivated.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 7 years of solid experience in construction and project execution
- Strong knowledge of site management, project planning, and construction processes
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines confidently
- UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations will be an added advantage
