We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Safety Supervisor (HSE Supervisor) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you’re someone who takes workplace safety seriously and enjoys being hands-on at project sites, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure all safety practices are followed on-site. From daily inspections to risk assessments, your focus will be on keeping the work environment safe for everyone involved.
- Monitor and apply HSE policies and procedures on-site
- Carry out routine inspections to spot risks before they become issues
- Perform risk assessments (JSA / TRA) and ensure control measures are in place
- Make sure all workers follow PPE and site safety requirements
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
- Investigate incidents and prepare clear, detailed reports
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Maintain proper safety records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and local regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Open to Filipino and Indian candidates
- Previous experience as a Safety Supervisor or HSE Supervisor
- Good understanding of construction safety and industrial safety practices
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will be an advantage
- Familiar with permit-to-work systems, confined space, lifting operations, and working at height
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle site situations confidently
