Job Description
We are looking to hire 5 Safety Officers who have at least 5 years of practical experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands real on-site challenges and knows how to keep teams safe while meeting project requirements.
The role offers a competitive rate of 28 SAR per hour, along with the advantage of working on a long-term project with consistent scope and growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring site activities, identifying potential risks, and making sure all safety procedures are properly followed.
You’ll also conduct regular site inspections, deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks, and ensure all workers are using the correct PPE. In case of any incidents, you’ll handle reporting, investigation, and corrective actions. Maintaining proper safety records and working closely with supervisors and engineers will also be part of your routine.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Officer, with a good understanding of safety standards and regulations. If you’ve worked on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region, that’s a big advantage.
Having certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will strengthen your profile, but more importantly, you should be confident in handling site safety, risk assessments, and real-time problem-solving.
You should also be comfortable working in active project environments and communicating effectively with teams on-site.
