Job Description
We are looking for a confident and experienced HVAC Sales Head to lead its sales operations in Dammam.
This role is best suited for someone who knows how to turn opportunities into real business—someone who has handled projects, worked with contractors and consultants, and can drive consistent growth in a competitive market.
What the Role Involves:
You’ll be leading the HVAC sales function, which means taking ownership of both strategy and execution. From identifying new projects to closing deals, your focus will be on building strong client relationships and expanding the company’s presence in the region.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be working closely with clients, following up on project leads, preparing proposals, and guiding your team to meet sales targets. You’ll also collaborate with technical teams to ensure the right solutions are offered and delivered smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Growing HVAC sales across Dammam and the wider Saudi market
- Finding new business opportunities in construction, MEP, and industrial projects
- Building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Managing tenders, proposals, and negotiations
- Leading and supporting a sales team to achieve targets
- Keeping track of market trends and competitor activity
- Working with internal teams to deliver practical and efficient HVAC solutions
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who already has solid HVAC sales experience in Saudi Arabia. You should be comfortable handling projects, dealing with clients, and working towards targets.
A good understanding of HVAC systems—like chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, and ventilation—will help you succeed in this role. Just as important are your communication skills, your ability to build trust with clients, and your confidence in closing deals.
If you’ve worked in the KSA market before and have a strong network, that will definitely work in your favour.
