Job Description
We’re currently on the lookout for experienced Safety Officers who are ARAMCO approved and ready to join immediately. If you have a strong background in health, safety, and environment (HSE) and enjoy working in fast-paced oil & gas or construction projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.
We need professionals who take safety seriously, can spot risks before they become problems, and are confident in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make sure all safety rules and HSE procedures are properly followed on site
- Carry out risk assessments and hazard identification regularly
- Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards and safety regulations
- Conduct routine site inspections to keep the workplace safe
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
- Investigate incidents or near misses and suggest preventive measures
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors to improve overall safety
- Keep proper records of safety reports and documentation
- Ensure correct use of PPE and safe work practices at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid ARAMCO Safety Officer approval is a must
- At least 3–5 years of experience in safety roles (oil & gas or construction preferred)
- Good understanding of HSE standards and safety regulations
- Ability to handle site challenges and respond to emergencies
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will be an added advantage
