Full-Time Hiring Sales and Marketing Executive – Industrial Sector Jobs KSA
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a Sales and Marketing Executive who can confidently handle clients, understand market needs, and help grow our presence in the PPE, electrical, mechanical, and industrial materials sector in Saudi Arabia.
This is not just a desk job — it’s a role where you’ll actively engage with clients, explore new markets, and play a direct part in driving the company’s growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and carry out sales and marketing strategies that help achieve business targets
- Find and approach new clients and business opportunities within industrial and trading sectors
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Stay updated with market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities
- Run and support marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote products
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product details to clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and performance results
- Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining profitability and client trust
- Take part in meetings, site visits, and industry events to expand your network
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales and marketing, ideally in PPE, electrical, mechanical, or industrial materials
- Good understanding of how the Saudi market works, especially in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with different types of clients
- Someone who can work independently but also be a team player
- A practical mindset with the ability to solve problems and handle challenges
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems
- A valid driving license is a plus (especially for field sales roles)
- English is required; Arabic is an added advantage
