We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, and ready to take ownership of their sales targets while growing with a strong and supportive team.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be out in the market, connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. It’s a mix of field sales, relationship building, and strategic thinking—perfect for someone who likes being proactive and results-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll actively look for new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, visiting sites, and building your own strong customer base. Whether it’s through cold calls, networking, or referrals, your goal will be to bring in new business and keep it growing.
When meeting clients, you’ll present products in a clear and practical way—helping them understand how your solutions can make a difference. You’ll also handle the entire process from the first conversation to closing the deal and ensuring everything is delivered smoothly.
Building long-term relationships will be a big part of your success. You’ll regularly stay in touch with clients like facility managers, procurement teams, and business owners to keep the partnership strong and ongoing.
Keeping track of your work is just as important. You’ll update leads, follow-ups, and deals using tools like Soho CRM, making sure everything is organized and up to date. You’ll also keep an eye on market trends and competitors so you can stay one step ahead.
What We’re Looking For
We’re ideally looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B or field sales, especially in areas like industrial products, construction, or equipment sales.
You should be comfortable talking to different types of clients, explaining products clearly, and confidently handling negotiations. If you enjoy working with targets and take pride in achieving them, you’ll fit right in.
A basic understanding of technical or mechanical products will be helpful, especially when demonstrating solutions to clients. Experience with CRM systems (like Soho CRM) is a plus.
You’ll also need a valid Saudi driving license and be open to traveling for client meetings and site visits.
