About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll actively reach out to potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and introduce them to our recruitment and staffing solutions. From the first conversation to closing deals and maintaining relationships, you’ll play a key part in helping businesses find the right talent while growing your own career in the UAE recruitment industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to companies across the UAE to explore new business opportunities
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients from different industries
- Presenting our recruitment and manpower services in a clear and professional way
- Meeting clients, understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely hiring delivery
- Keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth
- Staying updated on hiring trends and market demands in Dubai and across the UAE
What We’re Looking For
- Around 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably within a recruitment or staffing company
- Someone confident in communication, negotiation, and client interaction
- A good understanding of how the Dubai job market and recruitment industry work
- A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic tools like MS Office and CRM systems
