In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations—supporting the team, handling client communications, preparing quotations, and making sure everything runs smoothly from inquiry to delivery. Your understanding of the industry and ability to stay organized will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations and target achievement
- Handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads
- Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery with internal teams
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Assisting with proposals, pricing, and basic documentation
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or heavy equipment
- Good knowledge of construction materials, machinery, or equipment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confidence in handling clients and negotiating when needed
- Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel) and basic systems
