Full-Time Accounts Officer Required | Finance Jobs | Investment Firm Opportunity
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team at a growing investment company. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organized, and taking full ownership of accounting tasks, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll be handling day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and managing investment-related data with accuracy. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage accounts from start to finish and stay on top of deadlines without compromising quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking care of daily accounting tasks, including entries, ledgers, and record keeping
- Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports, including profit & loss and balance sheets
- Managing accounts independently all the way to finalization
- Working on investment reports and tracking financial performance
- Handling bank and vendor reconciliations
- Supporting audit processes and maintaining proper financial documentation
- Keeping a close eye on cash flow, expenses, and overall financial accuracy
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Qualification in ACCA, CA, or CMA (completed or in progress)
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Office, especially Excel
- A strong understanding of accounting basics and financial reporting
- Someone who can work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Experience in audit firms, insurance, or financial services companies will be an added advantage
