We’re currently on the lookout for a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our office team in China. If you’re someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping things organized, and handling daily accounting tasks with accuracy, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing everyday financial activities, maintaining records, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office’s accounting operations. It’s a good fit for candidates who are looking for accounting jobs abroad, especially those with experience in Tally or similar accounting software.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking care of daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Keeping financial records updated and well-organized
- Preparing basic reports and financial summaries
- Handling invoices, payments, and tracking pending amounts
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Doing bank reconciliations and checking financial accuracy
- Maintaining proper documentation for all transactions
- Supporting general office finance-related work
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Tally or any accounting software is an advantage
- Comfortable using MS Excel and computers
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Someone who can manage work independently and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
