Full-Time Career Opportunity for Senior Architect | Design and Execution Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Architect who knows how to turn ideas into well-executed, buildable designs. If you’ve spent years working on detailed drawings, coordinating with different teams, and making sure projects move smoothly from design to site, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be involved in everything from design development to execution support. You’ll work closely with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure that designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing architectural designs from concept through to detailed drawings
- Preparing and reviewing working drawings and shop drawings
- Creating clear and accurate technical documentation
- Coordinating with engineers and site teams to resolve design issues
- Supporting BIM coordination and ensuring models are aligned across disciplines
- Making sure all work complies with project standards and local regulations
- Visiting project sites when needed to ensure designs are properly implemented
- Working with consultants and contractors to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and coordination
- Strong experience in detailing, shop drawings, and construction documentation
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset
