Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Officer who is energetic, confident, and ready to drive real business growth on the ground.

About the Role:
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field every day, connecting with merchants, introducing our services, and bringing new vendors on board. Your role will have a direct impact on expanding our network and strengthening our presence across Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Visit markets daily and meet potential vendors in person
• Present our services clearly and confidently
• Close deals on the spot and complete merchant onboarding
• Ensure each vendor is set up and live without delays
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners
• Keep track of your daily visits, leads, and successful sign-ups
• Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Arabic (must-have) and comfortable in English
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or business development
• Valid KSA driving license and your own car
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Someone who enjoys meeting new people and achieving targets

Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or similar industries
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and customer behaviour
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales reporting
