Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced HSE Officers / Safety Officers to join a long-term project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is an urgent requirement, and we are seeking professionals who are confident in managing site safety and ensuring full compliance with HSE standards.
If you have solid experience in health, safety, and environmental management, especially within construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects, this could be a great opportunity to move forward in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day health and safety operations on-site
- Making sure all activities follow HSE rules and regulations
- Identifying risks and carrying out risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA)
- Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety training to workers
- Investigating incidents and preparing clear safety reports
- Ensuring proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Keeping all safety documents and records up to date
- Working closely with site teams to maintain a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer or Safety Officer
- Strong understanding of construction or industrial safety practices
- Experience with permit-to-work systems, working at height, confined space, and lifting operations
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA will be a strong advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle responsibilities independently
- A proven record of maintaining high safety standards on-site
Additional Information:
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is a plus
