Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and build new business relationships
- Identify opportunities across all our business sectors
- Meet clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Attend meetings, site visits, and follow up with clients regularly
- Keep track of your leads, deals, and performance progress
- Share updates and results directly with management
What We’re Looking For
- Arabic-speaking female candidate
- Preferred nationalities: Moroccan, Jordanian, Tunisian, Lebanese, or Algerian
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Background in contracting, trading, property management, or similar fields is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driving license is required
- Basic English skills are an advantage
