Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re someone who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and making sure every item is in the right place at the right time, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll take charge of daily warehouse activities—from receiving goods to dispatch—while ensuring everything is handled efficiently, safely, and accurately.
What This Role Involves
You’ll be managing the full flow of warehouse operations, making sure stock is handled properly, records are accurate, and your team is working efficiently. It’s a hands-on role where leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving really matter.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid Iqama (transferable is preferred)
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tools
- Someone who can confidently lead and support a team
- Good understanding of inventory handling, stock control, and warehouse processes
- Physically fit and ready to work in a warehouse setting
- Able to communicate clearly in English or Arabic
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities and guide your team
- Make sure goods are received, stored, and dispatched properly
- Keep track of inventory and carry out regular stock checks
- Ensure the warehouse stays clean, safe, and well-organized
- Work closely with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
- Prepare simple daily reports on warehouse performance
- Train team members and help them follow the right processes
