Full-Time Hiring GRP / FRP Supervisor in KSA – Oil and Gas Projects
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced GRP Piping Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you’ve spent years working hands-on with GRP / FRP piping systems and know how to lead a site team with confidence, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day site activities, making sure all GRP pipeline installation, jointing, testing, and commissioning work runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan. You’ll be working closely with engineers, inspectors, and project teams to keep everything on track and up to standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all GRP / FRP piping installation and maintenance work on-site
- Making sure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines
- Managing and guiding the site workforce, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Coordinating with engineers, QA/QC teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution
- Keeping an eye on quality and ensuring all work meets required standards
- Supervising testing and commissioning activities, including hydro testing
- Handling any site challenges related to GRP piping installation and alignment
- Preparing daily reports and updating management on progress
- Ensuring strict adherence to HSE and site safety practices
- Monitoring proper handling and storage of GRP materials and fittings
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience working as a GRP / FRP Piping Supervisor in Saudi Arabia
- Strong practical knowledge of GRP piping systems, jointing, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project plans
- Experience in Oil & Gas, water pipeline, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Aramco or similar standards will be an added advantage
- Good leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Clear communication and coordination skills
- A solid understanding of site safety and construction procedures
- Someone who can handle pressure and meet project deadlines
