About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential clients and finding new business opportunities
- Meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable logistics solutions
- Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing deals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining regular follow-ups
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keeping track of your sales pipeline and targets
- Staying updated on market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in approaching clients and converting leads into business
- A proactive and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Filipino candidates are preferred
