What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations — making sure everything is running as it should, solving problems quickly, and keeping both clients and teams satisfied.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing operations across multiple sites and projects
- Making sure services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Managing teams, schedules, and workforce deployment
- Coordinating with clients and internal departments to avoid delays or issues
- Monitoring performance through KPIs and reports
- Keeping an eye on budgets, costs, and resource usage
- Improving processes to make operations more efficient
- Ensuring safety rules and compliance standards are always followed
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone practical, organized, and confident in handling responsibilities.
You’ll fit well if you have:
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in facility management or manpower services
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams on-site
- A good understanding of maintenance operations, MEP services, cleaning, or security services
- Knowledge of Saudi labour rules and safety standards
- The ability to solve problems quickly and make smart decisions
- Good communication skills to deal with clients and teams professionally
- Experience working with reports, KPIs, and budgets
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
