In this position, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a complete security framework that protects the company’s people, projects, and assets. You’ll work closely with different teams to ensure security is not just a function—but a core part of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of security operations, including physical security, access control, and monitoring systems

- Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices
- Regularly review and improve security processes to stay ahead of emerging threats

- Build a strong security awareness culture through training sessions and internal communication
- Manage and respond to incidents, ensuring proper investigation and corrective actions
- Work with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring they meet required security standards
- Coordinate with internal departments like operations, HR, and IT to ensure smooth implementation of security practices
- Handle budgeting and cost control, making sure resources are used efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Security, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience in security, including 4 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of corporate security, risk management, and security operations
- Experience working with systems like CCTV, access control, and monitoring solutions
- Good understanding of security compliance and industry standards
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP will be an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
