Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a long-term project at an Aramco refinery in Jizan. If you have solid hands-on experience in Oil & Gas or refinery maintenance and have previously worked on Aramco projects, this could be a great opportunity to move forward in your career.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be leading a team of electricians and technicians, making sure all electrical systems in the refinery are running safely and efficiently. The role is very practical and hands-on, and you’ll be closely involved in both daily maintenance and larger shutdown activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and guiding electrical maintenance teams on site
- Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Taking care of key equipment like switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, and VFDs
- Working with PLC, SCADA, and other control systems
- Troubleshooting electrical faults and resolving issues quickly
- Making sure all work follows safety standards like IEC and OSHA, along with Aramco requirements
- Maintaining proper records, reports, and maintenance logs
- Supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance work
- Coordinating with other departments, contractors, and vendors
- Keeping track of spare parts, tools, and materials
- Training and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech preferred)
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Minimum 4 years in a supervisory role, ideally in refinery or petrochemical projects
- Aramco experience is mandatory
