Full-Time Urgent Sales Director Hiring KSA | Logistics and Supply Chain Jobs
Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Director who understands the real pace of the freight and supply chain industry—someone who can lead from the front, win clients, and drive consistent revenue growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
This isn’t just another sales role. It’s a leadership position where your ideas, strategy, and network will directly shape the growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take full ownership of sales performance and business expansion. Day to day, you’ll be:
- Leading sales strategy across land transport, ocean freight, and air cargo
- Growing business in FTL, LTL, project logistics, FCL, LCL, and air freight services
- Bringing in new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones
- Exploring new industries like construction, oil & gas, FMCG, retail, and manufacturing
- Building and guiding a strong, results-focused sales team
- Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals
- Handling pricing, tenders, negotiations, and long-term contracts
- Working closely with operations to make sure clients get exactly what they’re promised
- Keeping a close eye on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in KSA and GCC
- Driving revenue, improving margins, and consistently hitting targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who knows the logistics industry inside out and is confident leading from experience:
- 7–12+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL sales
- Strong understanding of land transport, ocean freight, and air cargo operations
- Hands-on experience with Incoterms, shipping documentation, and GCC logistics regulations
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership experience—someone who can build and motivate a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An existing client network in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a big plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
