Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Inventory Officer / Warehouse Controller to take charge of day-to-day warehouse operations and keep our inventory accurate, organized, and running smoothly within a busy construction environment.
If you’re someone who understands how critical material control is for project success and you have solid hands-on experience in construction warehouse and inventory management, this could be a great fit for you.

About the Role
In this position, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations. From receiving materials to issuing them to site teams, your work will directly impact how efficiently projects move forward.
You’ll be working closely with procurement, site engineers, and accounts teams to make sure materials are available on time, properly tracked, and handled with care.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Receiving and checking materials against purchase orders
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems
• Issuing materials based on approved requests from site teams
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders when needed
• Performing regular stock checks and resolving any mismatches
• Organizing the warehouse with proper labelling and storage systems
• Making sure materials are stored safely and handled correctly
• Preparing clear and accurate inventory and stock movement reports
• Supporting smooth coordination between warehouse and project teams
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–8 years of solid experience in warehouse or inventory roles within a construction company
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and strong skills in MS Excel
• Familiarity with construction materials (civil, mechanical, electrical)
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a plus
• Transferable Iqama or ability to join immediately is preferred
