We’re looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Operation Assistant to join our team in Jubail right away. If you enjoy handling office tasks, supporting daily operations, and keeping things running smoothly, this role will suit you well—especially if you’re starting out or building your career in administration.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day activities of the office. From preparing documents to assisting with coordination, your work will help keep everything organized and on track. There’s also a creative side to the role, so if you enjoy simple design or artistic work, that’s a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and keeping records updated
- Creating quotations and assisting with basic pricing tasks
- Making presentations using MS PowerPoint
- Handling documents and reports in MS Word and Excel
- Supporting daily office operations and coordination
- Keeping files organized, both digitally and physically
- Following up on tasks to ensure everything is completed on time
- Helping with simple creative work like painting or design when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Tech or Computer Science Degree (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Basic experience in preparing POs and quotations
- A keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
- Immediate availability is important
