Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Steel Fixer to join our construction team for ongoing and upcoming projects across the GCC. If you have solid experience in rebar fixing, steel reinforcement, and site work, this is a great chance to step into a stable role with strong growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reading and understanding construction and structural drawings
- Cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) as per project needs
- Handling rebar tying, mesh installation, and steel placement for concrete structures
- Making sure all steel work is properly aligned and secured before concreting
- Working closely with site engineers and supervisors to keep projects on track
- Following all site safety rules and procedures
- Keeping your work area organized and tools in good condition
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of GCC experience as a Steel Fixer
- Strong hands-on knowledge of steel fixing and bar bending
- Ability to read drawings and carry out work independently
- Experience in building or infrastructure projects
- Physically fit and ready for site work
- A team player with a responsible attitude
