Full-Time Hiring Business Development Manager – Construction and Infrastructure
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our construction team and help us expand our presence across the market.
This is more than just a sales role. You’ll be at the centre of our growth strategy—connecting with clients, exploring new project opportunities, and helping the company secure and deliver high-value construction and infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of identifying new business opportunities and turning them into successful partnerships. You’ll be meeting clients, understanding their needs, preparing proposals, and guiding projects from the first conversation all the way through to contract signing.
You’ll also stay closely connected to market trends, keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and where new opportunities are emerging. Internally, you’ll work alongside engineering, estimation, and project teams to make sure everything aligns and runs smoothly.
A big part of your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining strong relationships—with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders—ensuring long-term collaboration and trust.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and a proactive mindset.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Around 8–10 years of experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector
- A solid background in business development, client acquisition, and contract negotiation
- A strong network within the construction industry will be a big advantage
- Confidence in handling the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals
- Good understanding of tendering processes and project lifecycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically while also handling day-to-day execution
- Transferable Iqama is required
