We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager who can confidently handle multiple projects, guide engineering teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
In this role, you won’t just be managing tasks—you’ll be shaping outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results while keeping timelines, budgets, and standards on track.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of multiple technical and engineering projects, making sure they’re planned well and executed efficiently. Day to day, you’ll support your team, solve problems as they arise, and keep everything aligned with company goals. You’ll also work closely with different departments and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
A big part of your role will involve guiding and mentoring your team, helping them grow while maintaining strong performance. You’ll also keep an eye on risks, improve processes where needed, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with a solid engineering background and at least 8 years of relevant experience in technical or project management roles. You should feel comfortable leading teams, making decisions, and handling multiple responsibilities at once.
Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a practical mindset will help you succeed in this position. Experience in industries like construction, engineering, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or a related field) is required, and you must have a transferable Iqama. If you’re available to join immediately, that’s even better.
