What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day site activities related to waterproofing. From planning work schedules to ensuring everything meets quality and safety standards, you’ll be a key part of keeping projects on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing waterproofing works such as membranes, coatings, joint sealing, and related applications
- Reading and working with drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Managing daily site operations and ensuring timely progress
- Checking the quality of work and making sure it meets required standards
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring proper use and handling of waterproofing materials
- Preparing regular site reports and updates
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
- Handling on-site issues and finding practical solutions quickly
What We’re Looking For:
- A Civil Engineering graduate
- Around 2–5 years of experience in waterproofing and site supervision
- Good understanding of construction practices and waterproofing systems
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- A valid Bahrain driving license
- Someone who can join immediately
- Candidates must be available for local transfer within Bahrain
