Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled BIM Modeler who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work and enjoys being part of a collaborative project team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to create and manage detailed 3D models that support real-world construction projects. Your work will play an important part in ensuring everything runs smoothly—from design coordination to final execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and updating detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and structural projects
- Preparing accurate shop drawings, IFC drawings, and construction documentation
- Running clash detection and helping resolve design conflicts before they reach site
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects aligned and on track
- Making sure all models meet project standards, timelines, and quality expectations
- Supporting site teams with updates and model-based coordination when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling and coordination
- Strong background in detailing, shop drawings, and construction workflows
- Practical experience with tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Good understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and project requirements
- Ability to manage your work independently while also contributing to a team
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with different teams
