In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our laboratory operations—handling testing, ensuring product quality, and helping us maintain high standards across everything we do. You’ll work closely with different teams, contribute to improvements, and play a key role in keeping our processes efficient and reliable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out chemical testing and analysis with accuracy and attention to detail
- Making sure all quality control procedures are followed and maintained at a high standard
- Preparing clear and accurate reports, keeping proper lab records, and documenting results
- Handling and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
- Supporting research and development activities when needed
- Identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and helping improve lab processes
- Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistency in output
- Guiding and supporting junior team members when required
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related field
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or quality control role
- Good understanding of testing methods, lab procedures, and safety practices
- Comfortable working with lab instruments and handling chemical materials responsibly
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage tasks independently while also being a team player
- Clear communication and organized reporting skills
