Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Civil Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, engineering documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of major projects from the office environment.
Experience Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing and maintaining project reports, engineering documents, and technical records.
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assisting with quantity take-offs, material estimates, and project progress tracking.
• Preparing technical submittals, reports, correspondence, and other project-related documentation.
• Managing project schedules, document control activities, and engineering records.
• Supporting planning, reporting, and administrative tasks within the engineering department.
• Ensuring all project documentation is properly organized and submitted on time.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation and project coordination processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
