Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working with machines, and being the person everyone relies on when something needs fixing — this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our equipment and ensuring daily operations continue without disruption. Your experience in industrial or facility maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting will help you succeed in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out regular preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment
- Identifying issues early and fixing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults
- Handling unexpected breakdowns quickly to keep downtime as low as possible
- Installing and testing new equipment when required
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and manuals
- Keeping clear records of maintenance work and service activities
- Working closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations
- Following all safety guidelines and workplace standards at all times
- Checking spare parts and informing the team when replacements are needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of solid experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or industrial environments
- Technical background in mechanical or electrical systems (certification or diploma is a plus)
- Confidence in handling tools, diagnosing faults, and fixing issues independently
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, pumps, or control panels
- Familiarity with maintenance planning or systems is an advantage
- A practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Someone who can stay calm under pressure and respond quickly when issues arise
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to work requirements when needed
