Full-Time Structural Foreman (WPR) Job in Jafurah – Long-Term Oil and Gas Project
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Structural Foreman (WPR certified) to join our team for a long-term assignment in Jafurah. This is an urgent requirement for a major Oil & Gas project, and we’re seeking someone who is confident leading structural works on-site.
If you have solid experience supervising structural steel and concrete activities in industrial or Oil & Gas projects, this could be a strong opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role.
About the Role
As a Structural Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day structural activities and guide your team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and project standards.
You’ll work closely with engineers, QA/QC inspectors, and safety teams while maintaining productivity and quality across all structural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise structural steel erection and reinforced concrete works
- Manage and coordinate site workforce and daily assignments
- Interpret structural drawings and execute work accordingly
- Oversee rebar fixing, shuttering, and concrete pouring activities
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and installation accuracy
- Monitor productivity and maintain daily site reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant departments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Structural Foreman in Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects
- Valid WPR certification (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in structural steel and concrete works
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Immediate availability preferred
