Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor – Mechanical / Electrical / E&I / Piping to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience managing site operations, leading teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily site activities and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Mechanical, Electrical, E&I, or Piping works on site.
- Coordinating with engineers, project teams, inspectors, and contractors.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitoring workforce performance and maintaining productivity.
- Promoting and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identifying and resolving site-related issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Conducting routine inspections and maintaining quality standards.
- Preparing daily progress reports and updating project stakeholders.
- Supporting construction, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and commissioning activities when required.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Mechanical, Electrical, E&I, or Piping disciplines.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction, maintenance, and project execution.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
- Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
