Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently handle fire alarm, firefighting, and MEP projects across Saudi Arabia. If you’ve worked on large-scale developments like KAFD, Metro projects, or major commercial and infrastructure sites, this could be the right opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be taking full responsibility for projects from start to finish—right from planning and coordination to execution, testing, and final handover. You’ll be working closely with teams on-site and off-site to make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing complete fire alarm and firefighting system projects
- Overseeing MEP and maintenance works across different project sites
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring all work meets Saudi Civil Defense requirements and safety standards
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and overall progress
- Handling site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Preparing reports, updates, and documentation for clients and management
- Supporting and guiding engineers, supervisors, and site teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 10–15 years of solid experience in project management (fire alarm & firefighting projects)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire protection, and maintenance projects
- Experience working on large projects in Saudi Arabia (KAFD, Metro, etc.)
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Preferred nationalities: Egyptian, Saudi, Sudanese, and Lebanese
Added Advantage:
- PMP certification
- NEBOSH / IOSH or any safety certification
- Experience with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera
