Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Traffic Controller to join our logistics team. If you have a background in fleet operations or dispatch and enjoy coordinating vehicle movements in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll help manage daily transport activities by coordinating drivers, monitoring fleet movements, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be an important link between drivers and operations, helping keep deliveries on schedule while following traffic rules and company procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily fleet movements and dispatch schedules
- Stay in touch with drivers and operations teams throughout the day
- Make sure all transport activities follow traffic regulations
- Use computer systems to track vehicles and update records
- Handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Work in shifts when required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or dispatch control
- Good understanding of traffic rules and trucking operations
- Clear communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift work
- Responsible, organized, and a good team player
