Full-Time UAE Hiring: Accounts Executive with Accounting Software Experience

We are currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to become part of our growing finance team in the UAE. We are looking for someone who can confidently handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and assist with smooth finance operations across the company. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced business environment.
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial documents, monitoring transactions, supporting VAT-related tasks, and assisting with bank reconciliations and payroll coordination. Candidates with previous accounting experience and good knowledge of accounting software will have an added advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
• Monitor company expenses and payment follow-ups
• Assist with VAT documentation and finance compliance procedures
• Perform bank reconciliation and transaction tracking
• Support payroll-related documentation and finance administration
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
• Ensure all accounting data is updated accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
• Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, QuickBooks, or similar software
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
