What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail leadership or operations management
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams across multiple locations
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Candidate with own vehicle will be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail branches
- Support store teams in achieving sales targets and business goals
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all locations
- Monitor branch performance and improve operational efficiency
- Train and guide staff to maintain productivity and service quality
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and business development
- Handle operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports related to sales, operations, and overall branch performance
