We’re on the looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Manager who can take full ownership of warehouse operations and keep everything running smoothly. If you have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations, and enjoy leading teams while improving efficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—making sure materials are received, stored, and delivered on time, while maintaining accurate stock records and high safety standards. Your ability to stay organized, solve problems, and lead a team will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for managing the complete warehouse process—from receiving materials to dispatching them efficiently. This includes keeping inventory records accurate, tracking stock movement, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
A big part of your role will involve conducting regular stock checks and audits to avoid discrepancies. You’ll also work closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to make sure materials are always available when needed.
You’ll take charge of improving warehouse processes, organizing storage systems, and making the best use of available space. At the same time, you’ll ensure that all safety guidelines are followed and that materials are handled properly.
Leading and supporting your team will also be key—guiding them, improving performance, and creating a productive work environment. You’ll also prepare reports on stock levels, usage, and overall warehouse performance to help with planning and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within the construction or engineering field. You should have a solid understanding of inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes.
Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software is important, along with strong skills in reporting and data analysis.
You should be confident in leading a team, making decisions, and handling challenges in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of warehouse safety practices and regulations is also essential.
A valid Iqama (minimum 6 months validity) is required, and the ability to communicate in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
