Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Van Salesman to join a leading FMCG distribution team in Dubai. This role is ideal for energetic and responsible sales professionals who understand the UAE retail market and know how to build strong relationships with store owners.
About the Role
As a Van Salesman, you will be responsible for managing your assigned sales route and visiting retail outlets on a daily basis. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets while ensuring proper product distribution and excellent customer service.
This is a field-based role that requires confidence, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
What You Will Be Doing
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores on your assigned route
- Sell and promote FMCG products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure products are properly displayed and available in stores
- Increase product visibility and expand distribution in your territory
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and store managers
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product rotation
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
- Follow company guidelines related to trade, pricing, safety, and quality
What We Are Looking For
- Age between 21 and 35 years
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or van sales within the UAE
- Good understanding of route planning and retail distribution
- Ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor field work
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license (required
