We are looking for a dedicated Welding Inspector with strong welding inspection experience, excellent knowledge of QA/QC procedures, and a valid CSWIP certification. About the Role:
As a Welding QC Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring welding and fabrication activities to ensure all work is completed according to approved procedures, project specifications, and international quality standards.
You will work closely with QA/QC teams, welding supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to maintain quality throughout the project execution process.
The company is looking for someone who is technically strong, quality-focused, and experienced in handling inspection work in demanding industrial project environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out visual welding inspections and quality checks at project sites
- Inspect welding joints, fit-up, fabrication, and structural works
- Ensure welding activities comply with approved WPS, PQR, ITP, and project requirements
- Coordinate NDT activities such as RT, UT, MT, and PT inspections
- Monitor welding procedures, consumables, and welder qualifications
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams regarding inspection activities
- Identify welding defects and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Participate in client inspections and quality audits
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Valid CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification – Mandatory
- Previous experience as a Welding QC Inspector in EPC or Oil & Gas projects
- Good knowledge of welding inspection procedures and QA/QC systems
- Familiarity with ASME, AWS, API, and international welding standards
- Ability to read welding drawings, WPS, PQR, and fabrication documents
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Professional work attitude and attention to detail
- Only genuine certificates will be accepted
- Fake certificates are strictly not acceptable
