Job Overview – Waiter Job in 5-Star Hotel Restaurant (Abu Dhabi)
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service in a premium dining environment. You will ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and personalized service that reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality brand.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, upscale bars, and premium hospitality venues in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Key Responsibilities – Restaurant & Bar Service
- Welcome and seat guests following fine dining service standards
- Present menus and explain food and beverage selections confidently
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team
- Serve food and beverages professionally in line with luxury restaurant standards
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained during service
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per hotel and UAE hospitality regulations
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and reviews
Requirements – Hospitality & Restaurant Experience
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Restaurant Server, or F&B Service Staff preferred
- Experience in fine dining, 5-star hotels, luxury restaurants, or premium bars is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Team player with a strong customer service mindset
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
