We’re a growing tourism company focused on hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah, and we’re looking for a reliable Accountant (Male/Female) to join our team. About the Role
In this role, you’ll be managing the day-to-day financial side of our business — especially related to hotel bookings and partner transactions. Your work will help keep everything running smoothly, from payments to reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Managing hotel booking transactions, invoices, and payments
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing payments (AR & AP)
- Doing bank reconciliations and checking account balances
- Preparing regular financial reports and summaries
- Coordinating with hotel partners in Makkah and Madinah
- Monitoring expenses and keeping financial records accurate
- Helping with audits and making sure everything is properly documented
- Spotting any errors and fixing them quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Background in accounting or finance
- Experience handling invoices, payments, and reports
- Experience in tourism or hotel booking is a big plus
- Good skills in Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Someone who can manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Extra Skills That Help
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality companies
- Basic knowledge of VAT or financial regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho
- Good communication skills when dealing with partners
